JEWELRYBOXMASTER WARRANTY


JewelryBoxMaster warrants each of its products to be free of manufacturing defect and poor workmanship.
  • For Museum Quality Jewelry Boxes….for 1 year from date of purchase,
  • For Value Price Jewelry Boxes…. for 30 days from date of purchase,

if your purchased item should display any such defect, we will replace it with an identical or comparable item. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen.

To return any JewelryBoxMaster item from any location within the USA, follow this simple three step process:

  1. Call 1-800-630-2686 and request a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker you will find at the bottom of your original invoice, and affix the sticker to the outside of the box your item came in.
  2. Place the item and all the original packaging (if you have it) in the shipping box.
  3. On your original invoice, find the total price you paid for the item being returned.


If the total amount you paid is:

  • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier you choose. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us.
  • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail ™ , insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by us. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)


NOTE: It is very important that you fully insure your return shipment as JewelryBoxMaster will not be responsible for any loss of or damage during shipment to us. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance staff to verify it's condition and your claim of defect. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return and exchange item within seven business days after receipt by us. For all valid claims, replacement items will be shipped immediately thereafter.
